Support Local Businesses: Shop Local!

Due to the “shelter in place” mandate to help stop the spread of the coronavirus, many of our favorite local businesses need to shut down. Many of them are not even sure if they will be able to survive this period as they rely heavily on foot traffic that isn’t there anymore.

As a small business owner, I can empathize and urge everyone to please shop local and if possible, buy gift certificates from their favorite stores to use at a later time.

Our local business community has acutely felt the loss of its customers and its community so please do your part.

While some businesses offer online shopping, others are being creative by offering free delivery, curbside pickup, private appointments via facetime, Instagram shopping and delivery, etc.

Here are a few of my favorite stores or locally owned businesses but please think of the one’s you typically shop at as well and support them!
