Chic Oversized Clutches

Love, love oversized clutches. They are an absolute must-have accessory.  Pick one that suits your mood or style. I have one of each - Neutral, Exotic, Color Blocked and Bright and still can't have enough. Most of these chic carry-alls can fit a wallet, cell phone, lipstick, keys (a diaper and wipes, if necessary too!)

Leather Trim Tees & Tops

During this time of year, there are tons of leather options from boots to jackets to skirts to pants. This year, I am really loving the subtle use of leather in unexpected places like collars, elbow pads, pockets and sleeves of tees and tops.  It's a perfect option for women who aren't completely comfortable wearing too much leather.
The tops are particularly appealing to me as I like the mixing of different textures.
Throw it on with jeans and boots and you have a stylishly sexy outfit!
Lots of options out there in a range of prices depending on whether its real or faux leather.
Here are some of my favorites....

Dressy Shorts!

Shorts when worn right, can look very stylish and appropriate BUT you have to have nice legs in order to carry them off - no two ways about that 🙂
This year we have seen shorts come back in fashion and the trend continues on through Fall.
Here are two ways to wear them formally during the Fall weather. Pick a pair of leather shorts or in a nice rich brocade fabric and build your outfit around that.....

Wake up your Makeup.

Tired of the same old makeup routine? If so, then try some of these makeup tips from Madonna's makeup artist, Gina Brooke, to wake up your existing look.

1. Do some resurfacing
Even the best makeup can't give you radiant skin so invest in some good facials especially ones that help remove dead skin cells. At home, try a product that minimizes the appearance of pores. Try Arcona Raspberry Clarifying Pads to minimize pores.
2. Focus on lashes
Use an eye lash curler to curl your lashes which really open up your eyes. Use mascara during the day and night. Try a Burgundy color mascara as it looks great with all eye colors. For added drama, grab some false lashes along the outer corners of upper lashes.
3. Go only halfway with liner
The most flattering line for nearly all eye shapes and depths starts at the lid's midpoint and tapers to the outer corner. Use a waterproof pencil or shadow stick that glides on easily.
4. Lighten up
Try Elizabeth Arden's  Eight Hour Cream to bring out the bone structure. Blend a drop of argan oil with concealer for a luminous look.
5. Get a power pout
A strong red mouth is one of the best looks for most women. Especially a red matte lip.  To make lips more pronounced, line the top of the upper one with concealer.
